It is time to cook.
Everything else is about done, we have applications in at several Farmers Markets, and a few event proposals floating out in Internet space.
Not much left to do but practice. So this Saturday we go public. No more making crêpes quietly in the kitchen, instead we’ll be flipping out in front of everybody! We started handing out invitations to a few folks we’ve met here in Silverton. We’ll be inviting neighbors in our building as well.
Thre will be probably 3 kinds of crêpes, one savory and 2 sweet. We will be using commercial fillings, not fancy local meats and cheeses, those are for the paying customers. We expect to serve around 30 people and make about 50 crêpes in our 3 hour stint.
It is pretty exciting. Our first live event.
