As September rolls around , kids go back to school, berry vines cease yielding amazing summer goodness, and we roll with the season, changing out our seasonal fruit menu to the joys of fall fruit. It is time for Dutch Apple Crêpes. Sauteed local apples, spices, topped with a pecan oat crunch, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Truly scrumptious. All hosuemade, of course.
