Every now and then someone walks up to our booth or the cafe with their own agenda. This happened recently regarding our Gluten Free and Vegan crêpe offering. We do not use a separate grill, we explain that, and most folks have no issues. Not this person. Even with an explanation they were determined to find fault, and started asking more questions to find some additional ‘failings’ in our operations. They did not order anything of course. After a few more remarks, they walked away, no doubt convinced of their morally superior position, leaving puzzled staff to deal with our other customers and still be polite to one and all.
