How many people can I have at my event?

Like many things, that depends on the type of event. We have catered groups from 10 up to 500 (in conjunction with other food options).  Groups larger than 25 work best when guests can come and go to the crêpe stations, such as a reception, dance or other event. One crêpe chef can serve up to 30 people an hour.  We can add multiple crêpe stations for larger parties for an additional charge.

We can  work with the caterer of your choice to add a crêpe station to your event as a unique and entertaining enhancement.

Pricing & Planning for Crêpes

We price the event based on the number of attendees, and generally serve for two hours.  We can provide crêpes for groups from 10 to 50.  A typical sweet & savory menu is from $10.00 to $12.75 per person, based on 1.5 to 2 crêpes per person. This includes the services of crêpe chefs, disposable plates and utensils, setup and cleanup after service.  Side salads are $1.50 to $2.50 depending on the menu. There is a $50 setup fee which includes free travel in the Salem area.  Service Charge of 18% is added to all catering orders. Tables, chairs,  china plates or coffee service, etc are available at our cost + 15%.
