A new addition to the food cart scene in Oregon, we have been baking, making and selling fresh local foods in Washington for years.    We worked together operating a Bed & Breakfast on a 62 acre working ranch. We ran a commercial kitchen,  country food store and farmer’s market booth in the San Juan Islands.  We served thousands of breakfasts, crafted thousands of baked items for the store and the market, and helped the B&B to become one of the top NW destinations.

After years of that work, we’ve chosen to pare back to the essence of the craft:  preparing good, affordable food and served directly to our customers.

Our Goal:

Combine our passion for food, business experience, and food service skills to make great food for people that enjoy eating good, affordable, fresh food.
